Condition for lifting sanctions on Russia named in US

And after Palm Sunday, this is an obvious dynamic where there should be more questions about the nature of who is really committed to peace and ceasefire," U.S. State Department spokeswoman Tammy Bruce said, according to Interfax-Ukraine.

"But there is no negotiation or agreement based on the administration's and Secretary Rubio's regular statements that as long as this is a meat grinder, it hasn't changed. And until it stops, nothing like that is happening, but we continue to work in that regard, obviously, for a ceasefire," she added.
