SSU detains one of the heads of NABU detectives

“According to the materials of the case, this official with a dislocation in the city of Dnipro coordinates the activities of the Bureau in the frontline regions of Ukraine (Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhya), while having contacts with representatives of the aggressor country and helping his father-entrepreneur to conduct illegal trade with the Russian Federation”, - reports the SSU.

He acted as an intermediary in the sale of batches of technical hemp of his father in the Russian Federation (Republic of Dagestan).

Information about Magamedrasulov's contacts with Russian special services and the transfer of secret information to them, in particular regarding planned investigative actions, is being verified.

This official of the Bureau was in close contact with a fugitive MP from the banned party “OPZZh” Fyodor Khristenko, who is connected with the special services of the Russian Federation and, as established by the investigation, has a significant influence on the activities of NABU, which will be reported separately.

The pre-trial investigation also found that Ruslan Magamedrasulov's father - Sentyabr Magamedrasulov - has Russian citizenship, but the NABU official did not indicate this fact when formalizing his admission to state secrets, thus violating the law.

As for the suspect's mother, Irina Magamedrasulova, she lives in Kiev, but receives a pension in the “DNR” and publishes pro-Russian comments on social networks, particularly in groups with Z-symbolics. The SSU has evidence that in conversations she actively supports Putin's war against Ukraine and justifies Russian war crimes.

Despite the fact that as one of the heads of the interregional department of NABU detectives Ruslan Magamedrasulov was supposed to be deployed in Dnipro and responsible for work in the frontline regions, he was almost constantly in Kiev and recently returned from an elite vacation on the island of Tenerife, where he stayed for several weeks.

Now the issue of informing the official of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau about suspicion under Article 111-2 (aiding and abetting the aggressor state) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is being resolved.

Comprehensive measures are being taken to clarify all the circumstances of the crime and bring the perpetrators to justice.
