Top KSCA official tried to avoid mobilization

This certificate allowed him to get a “reservation” from the draft, as well as regular social benefits from the state, provided for such a group of disability, reports the SBU.

During 2023 - 2024, the official illegally received 170 thousand UAH in the form of compensation for alleged “partial loss of capacity”.

To formalize a fictitious disability, the official handwritten falsified the data of medical examinations, in particular, “worsened” indicators of echocardiography, which allegedly indicated a severe disease of the cardiovascular system.

Then the defendant transferred the forgery to one of the city hospitals of the capital, which became the basis for sending the conclusion to the MSEC.

During the investigative actions materials were found that testify to the fake nature of the documents submitted by him.

The KSCA official was reported on suspicion under parts 1, 3, 4 of Article 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (forgery of documents, seals, stamps and letterheads, sale or use of forged documents, seals, stamps).

The investigation is continuing to establish all the circumstances of the crime. The perpetrator faces up to 5 years of imprisonment.

Information about the possible involvement of other officials in the “scheme” is being verified.
