Iran and the US to sign peace agreement in Geneva

Calling this event a significant breakthrough, Pakistani Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar said it provides much-needed confidence and stability for global markets and the world economy, particularly for developing countries that are most vulnerable to regional instability.

He thanked Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Turkey as some of the countries that provided support and made sincere diplomatic efforts to ensure this important milestone.

"We look forward to the formal signing ceremony on June 19 in Geneva and remain confident that this positive step will pave the way for lasting peace, stability, and shared prosperity for the region and beyond," he said.
