Iran has submitted a 10-point proposal to the U.S. and Israel to end the war.

The Iranian plan was delivered via Pakistan, which is currently serving as the main mediator in the conflict. The document emerged on the eve of the deadline set by U.S. President Donald Trump, which expires Tuesday evening, after which a new wave of bombings against Iran is expected to begin, according to The New York Times.

Tehran’s key demands are guarantees of non-aggression in the future, the complete lifting of all international sanctions, and the cessation of Israeli military operations against the Hezbollah group in Lebanon.

In return, Iran will reopen the Strait of Hormuz, a strategically vital route for global energy exports. Iran’s plan calls for imposing a special fee of about $2 million on every ship passing through the strait.

Iran plans to share these funds with Oman, which is located on the other side of the strait. Iran intends to use the proceeds to rebuild infrastructure destroyed by American and Israeli attacks.
