Kremlin wants to hold another round of talks with Ukraine

"There is our draft memorandum, there is a draft memorandum that has been handed over by the Ukrainian side. There will be an exchange of views and negotiations on these two drafts, which so far, let's say, are absolutely diametrically opposed," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said

Peskov also said there were no changes in the Russian negotiating team, Ukrainska Pravda reported.

"You know that we are in favor of holding a third round. As soon as there is an understanding on the dates, we will inform you immediately," he said.
