Ceasefire between Ukraine and Russian Federation will be easy to control - Rubio

According to Rubio, the most interesting thing about modern warfare is that it is easy to monitor because “there are so many eyes on the ground,” European Truth reported.

“It's hard to hide drone strikes, it's hard to hide missile strikes, ballistic strikes, artillery strikes. So we believe that this is something that can be monitored,” he noted.

The secretary of state added that if both Ukraine and Russian Federation agree to a ceasefire, we will have to determine who both sides trust to be present on the ground to monitor the exchanges of fire.

“But this is a common practice and I don't think it would be difficult to organize. We haven't gone into the details, but obviously the need to monitor the ceasefire is obvious to everyone,” he said.
