US lifted sanctions on seven russians

The following individuals have been removed from the list of Specially Designated Nationals (SDN):

- Ivan Potanin (son of oligarch Vladimir Potanin, chairman of the Norilsk Nickel concern);

- German Belous (Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSCB Novikombank);

- Irina Kremleva (Member of the Management Board of PJSC Bank FC Otkritie);

- Mikhail Klyukin (Member of the Supervisory Board of PJSC Sovcombank);

- Viktor Nikolaev (Member of the Management Board of PJSC Bank FC Otkritie);

- Nadezhda Cherkasova (Member of the Management Board of PJSC Bank FC Otkritie);

- Maxim Smirnov (a Russian citizen).

Two vessels, the Gennady Egorov and the Vyacheslav Arshinov, have been removed from the list. Both are multipurpose dry cargo vessels associated with the State Transport Leasing Company of Russia.

From the list Two Turkish companies were excluded: elevator manufacturer IDA Asansor, which is accused of evading sanctions and supplying cargo to the Russian defense industry, and the company DEIN DANISMANLIK PAZARLAMA VE TICARET ANONIM SIRKETI.
