China wants equal participation of all parties in peace talks in Ukraine

Xi Jinping expressed China's principled position that the key to finding a solution lies in consistent dialogue and negotiations.

“It is important to ensure equal participation of all parties in the negotiation process and lay a solid foundation for peace, take into account the legitimate concerns of all parties, strengthen the will for peace, and create conditions for building a solid architecture of common security,” he said.

China's position on the mandatory participation of Europeans in peace talks in Ukraine contradicts Russia's approach, which insists on reaching agreements with the US without taking into account the position of Europeans and Ukrainians.
