Iran accused the U.S. of violating the agreement even before negotiations began

He called the ceasefire and negotiations with the US pointless, since, in his view, Washington had violated the terms set forth in Iran’s conditions for ending the conflict.

Ghalibaf cited three violations of the framework agreement by the US: continued attacks on Lebanon, the intrusion of a drone into Iranian airspace, and the position of US President Donald Trump’s administration regarding the inadmissibility of the country’s uranium enrichment.

He noted that Trump, on his social media platform Truth Social, had called the 10-point Iranian proposal a working basis for future negotiations. However, according to Galibaf, the U.S. violated this basis even before any negotiations began.
