Witkoff called the meetings with the delegations from Ukraine and Russia “constructive”

Whitcoff noted that a separate constructive meeting was held between the US and Ukraine, during which attention was focused on four key documents: further development of the 20-point plan, coordination of positions on a multilateral security guarantee system, coordination of positions on a US security guarantee system for Ukraine, and further development of the economic development and prosperity plan.

"Particular attention was paid to discussing the timing and sequence of the next steps. Ukraine remains fully committed to achieving a just and sustainable peace. Our common priority is to end the killing, ensure guaranteed security, and create conditions for Ukraine's recovery, stability, and long-term prosperity. Peace must be not only an end to hostilities, but also a dignified foundation for a stable future. Ukraine greatly appreciates the leadership and support of the United States, as well as the continued close coordination with partners in the next stages of this important work," he said.

Russian Special Envoy Kirill Dmitriev held productive and constructive meetings with the American delegation to advance President Trump's peace plan for Ukraine.

“Russia remains fully committed to achieving peace in Ukraine. Russia highly appreciates the efforts and support of the United States in resolving the Ukrainian conflict and restoring global security,” Whitcoff said.
