U.S. President Donald Trump plans to hold an extended discussion on the war with Iran with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing.
"I don't think we need any help with Iran. We will win one way or another. We will win peacefully or by any other means," he said.
Trump called the Chinese leader his friend and spoke positively about his conduct during the blockade, CNN reports.
Trump emphasized that trade will be the main topic of their talks, while the U.S. has the situation with Iran fully under control.
“We have a lot to discuss, but, to be honest, I wouldn’t say that Iran is one of those issues, because we are in complete control of the situation with Iran. We will either make a deal, or they will be destroyed,” he said.
