US President Donald Trump has said that President Vladimir Zelensky wants to pull out of a rare earth minerals agreement.
“He's trying to get out of the rare earth minerals agreement, and if he does, he's going to have problems, big, big problems,” he said.
Trump reiterated that Ukraine will never become a NATO member, despite Zelensky's desire to join the alliance, Reuters reported.
“He wants to be a member of NATO, but he will never be a member of NATO. He understands that,” Trump said.
