UAE sees negotiations between Russia, Ukraine, and the US as a “positive sign”

According to UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, holding the round in the UAE is an important step that demonstrates international confidence in the role of the UAE.
