Brad Pitt was robbed

As you know, Brad Pitt is currently on tour promoting the F1 blockbuster, in which he plays a racing driver who has returned to Formula 1. Everything is carefully planned out on such tours, but today's news was hardly predictable.

According to Variety, police are currently investigating a burglary at a Los Angeles home believed to belong to Pitt. The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to the Associated Press and NBC News that authorities responded to a break-in in the 2300 block of North Edgemont Street in the Los Feliz neighborhood.

Three suspects reportedly climbed a fence and entered through a window, "looted" the home, and made off with an undisclosed amount of property. The value of the stolen items has not been disclosed. The suspects have not been publicly identified.

According to architecture magazine Domus, the burglarized property was purchased by Pitt in 2023 for $5.5 million. The abode was previously owned by oil heiress Eileen Getty, who instead purchased Pitt's old home in the eastern Hollywood Hills for $33 million. Pitt also owns another property in Carmel-by-the-Sea, a mansion he bought in 2022.
