EU and the US are preparing a “prosperity plan” for Ukraine

“As for the prosperity package, we are close to reaching an agreement with the United States and Ukraine on a unified prosperity framework,” said European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.

This is a single document that represents the collective vision of Ukrainians, Americans, and Europe for Ukraine's post-war future, which is based on World Bank data and built on five pillars, according to European Truth.

The first pillar is increasing productivity through business-friendly reforms and strengthening market competition.

The second pillar is accelerating Ukraine's integration into the EU single market through reforms in key economic sectors.

“The third pillar is a significant increase in investment, and here the Ukraine Investment Framework, which is part of our Ukraine Facility, is already in place, so we can use the structures we have already created since the start of the war,” she said.

The fourth pillar concerns strengthening donor coordination, as we need not only public funds but also private investment.

“The fifth pillar is fundamental reforms. This means strengthening the rule of law, stepping up efforts to fight corruption, and modernizing public administration, because that is how we can build trust, and the trust of our partners and investors is a top priority,” she concluded.
