Poland was not the target of the Russian missile strike, - Tusk

Tusk visited the crash site of the object that violated Polish airspace. He confirmed preliminary reports that it was most likely a Russian Kh-101 cruise missile, according to RMF FM.

"There is no reason to believe that Poland was the target," he stated.

Tusk added that Russia will do everything possible to absolve itself of responsibility.

He stated that the Americans are interested in participating in the investigation of the nighttime violation of Polish airspace.

"It is important to me that what happened before does not happen again. Everything must be transparent, and people must be informed about everything. This war is full of surprises. We must learn to respond very quickly to new situations and new threats," he added.
