We have been working for over a year to end the war in Ukraine, - Rubio

Rubio commented on Russia's attacks on Ukraine, calling them horrific and stressing the need to end the war as soon as possible.

“It's terrible. People are suffering. It's the coldest time of the year. That's why wars are bad, and that's why we've been working so hard for over a year to try to end this one,” Rubio said.
