We must stop the senseless war in Ukraine - Trump

“I think it's been incredible in terms of what we've done, what we've accomplished. I would like to see if we can end this war and not start another war in the Middle East,” Trump said.

He noted that Russia is taking heavy casualties on the frontline in Ukraine, averaging up to 2,500 troops a day, Interfax-Ukraine reported.

“They're losing these soldiers, they're being killed, they're being destroyed, and they're not from our country, but they're from other countries, but they're human beings, they're from Russia, they're from Ukraine during this period, most of them, and we're going to stop it. This is a senseless war that would never happen if I were president, that cannot be allowed to happen. And I think we have good cooperation with Russia and Ukraine, but we have to stop it,” Trump emphasized.
