Information from Russian Federation is influencing US officials as they face the challenge of a peace settlement.
US President Donald Trump was quoted as saying by President Vladimir Zelensky that in his opinion some members of the Trump team were influenced by Russian information, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
“Well, they may have been influenced to settle this issue, because Ukraine wants it to be settled. I think they have to settle this issue and Russia wants it settled. And I think if I were president, this would never happen. Marco is doing a wonderful job, and Steve Whitkoff has been incredible. Michael Waltz. We have a wonderful group of people who are working on this issue, and they're spending a significant portion of their working day settling something that actually affects us financially because we've given so much money away,” Trump responded.
