Zelensky was taking money from the US like candy from a baby - Trump

“Biden should never have put in $350 billion, he should have stayed on par with Europe. All you have to do is say you have to stay on an equal footing. They put in $100 billion and we put in $350 billion, how does that happen? There's an ocean between us, we're not in as much danger as they are, they're in a lot more danger, if you call it danger,” US President Donald Trump said in an interview with Fox News.

He noted that Zelensky is a smart guy who took money from the US like candy from a child.

“It was so easy, with the same attitude, and I don't think he's grateful,” Trump said.
