Israel strikes Lebanon during ceasefire

An air raid siren sounded in the village of Shula on the border with Lebanon shortly before midnight.

Air defense systems successfully intercepted several rockets fired from Lebanon. In response, the Israeli military struck the launch pad from which the fire was directed.

“In addition, another loaded and ready-to-fire launcher was destroyed. This launcher posed a threat to IDF soldiers and the State of Israel,” the IDF statement said.
