Trump to send a single letter to 150 countries

"It will be the same for everyone in this group. These are not large countries, and they do not do much business. Not like the ones we have agreements with, like China and Japan," he said.

Currently, all countries pay an additional base tariff of 10 percent, which Trump established in April. Earlier, Trump indicated that the new base rate could be between 15 and 20 percent, according to Politico.

Ukraine is likely to be among these more than 150 countries, as our state has not yet been among those that have received a separate letter from Trump.

Trump has already sent out about two dozen letters informing individual trading partners, such as the EU, Japan, and South Korea, of the tariff rate they will face from August 1.
