There is no and cannot be a deadline for preparing a memorandum with Ukraine - Kremlin

Specific decisions on the place where contacts between Russia and Ukraine will continue have not yet been made, Ukrainska Pravda reported.

He mentioned the memorandum with Ukraine, which also concerns the ceasefire. Putin had spoken about it earlier.

Peskov noted that there is no specific timeframe for the preparation of the memorandum.

"There are no deadlines and there can't be. Of course, everyone wants to do it as quickly as possible, but, of course, the whole devil hides in the details. Everyone is interested in a speedy settlement on Ukraine, Russia is interested in eliminating the root causes of the conflict," he said.
