In Bydgoszcz, two Ukrainian minors were attacked for speaking Ukrainian to each other.

A 14-year-old girl and a 12-year-old boy were attacked. The man and woman initially insulted the children, used obscene language, and threatened them on the grounds of ethnic intolerance.

The conflict subsequently escalated into physical violence.

"They twisted the child's arm, broke a toy drone, and threw debris at the boy, causing scratches," the statement reads.

The Consulate General of Ukraine in Gdansk is monitoring the case, and consular officials are in constant contact with the victims' mother.

A police report was filed following the incident. Law enforcement is currently searching for those involved in the attack.

The consulate emphasized that the children's physical health is not currently in danger, but they have suffered severe emotional stress.

"We strongly condemn any manifestations of xenophobia. The issue of combating intolerance and ensuring the safety of Ukrainians is a key focus of the meeting scheduled for the coming days at the consulate with the leadership of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, city mayors, and police commanders. We will not leave this case without an appropriate legal response," the diplomatic mission added.
